Terms and conditions.

Submitting an enquiry form does NOT book your order in for the date it is required. We will reply as soon as possible to confirm if we have the availability for the date requested. Please allow for up to 48 hours for a reply from us.

Deposit

A Deposit of 20% is Required to confirm your booking.

Your deposit is refundable if a cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to your to your event minus any expenses we have incurred in preparation to your order.

Payment.

Balance of payment is required prior to delivery.

Bookings

Bookings are essential. In order to ensure the best quality of product delivered to you, spaces are limited. Booking your event must not be made less than 2 weeks prior to your event date.
